Churches Should
Last Forever.

EverHouse protects the sacred spaces, assets, and legacies of churches — for the generations who come after.

OUR MISSION

Why EverHouse Exists

Churches are more than buildings. They are sanctuaries of memory, community, and faith — places where generations gather, grieve, celebrate, and grow. Yet across America, these sacred spaces are disappearing at an alarming rate.

EverHouse was founded on one conviction: churches should last forever. Inspired by David’s prayer to build a lasting house for God, our mission is to acquire and protect church buildings so they remain dedicated to worship and Kingdom legacy for generations to come.

“He is the one who will build a house for my Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.”

1 Chronicles 17:12

HOW IT WORKS

If your congregation is facing a crossroads — aging building, declining attendance, or financial pressure — EverHouse offers a path that honors your legacy and keeps the building a place of worship. No commercial conversion — ever. A transparent, respectful acquisition. And legacy honored in every transition.

WHO BUILT THIS

Led by a pastor who understood the stakes.

Mark Watson is the founder of EverHouse and lead pastor of Link Church in Charlotte, NC. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Master’s degree Real Estate Development, he built EverHouse after watching too many churches in his own community lose buildings that were never meant to be lost. This isn’t just a business. It’s a calling.
