Built on Conviction.

Built to Last.

OUR STORY

A Quiet Crisis. A Permanent Answer.

Every week in America, more than a hundred churches close their doors. Their buildings are sold to commercial buyers, converted into condos, or left to slowly decay.

EverHouse was founded on a single conviction: what has been dedicated to God should endure. We acquire, restore, and place each building with a congregation that needs a permanent home.

WHAT WE DO

Four Pillars of Stewardship

01. Protect

We work with at-risk congregations to acquire church properties before they are sold to commercial buyers.
E

02. Preserve

Every property we acquire remains a house of worship — maintaining its spiritual identity for generations.

03. Restore

We invest in the physical care of church buildings — ensuring they remain safe and fully functional.

04. Empower

We connect growing congregations with established spaces — giving both the building and the people a renewed Kingdom future.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.”

Psalm 127:1 · The Foundation of Our Work

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Principles That Don’t Bend.

Permanent, not temporary.

Once EverHouse acquires a property, it stays a church. Forever. No commercial conversion. No exit clause.
E

Stewardship over ownership.

We treat every building as something held in trust — for the congregation, the neighborhood, and future generations.

Kingdom return on capital.

Our investor model produces real financial returns while producing something better: a living church that strengthens its community.

WHO BUILT THIS

Led by people who care more about the next generation than the next quarter.

EverHouse was founded in the Charlotte metro by a team of believers, builders, and operators who watched too many local churches go dark.
